Botulinum toxin temporarily blocks the signal transmission between the nerve and the muscle. The treated muscle relaxes, and the wrinkles that are created by its contraction smooth out. Static wrinkles, which are also visible at rest, tend to respond better to fillers. The effect is completely reversible and wears off on its own after a few months.
We most often treat the Forehead, the Frown line and the Crow’s feet. Often these three zones are treated together because they interact and an isolated treatment could otherwise look uneven.

The treatment takes only a few minutes. A fine needle injects small amounts of botulinum toxin into the target muscles. There is no predictable recovery time; small redness at the injection sites fades quickly. For a few hours, you should not lie down or massage the area.
The first changes appear after three to seven days, with full effect after about two weeks. Depending on the area, the results last for around three to six months. Our goal is a natural result with preserved facial expression, not a frozen face. That’s why we use a conservative dosage and adjust the zones to each other.
