What does a consultation cost at NOE clinics?
A detailed initial consultation at our clinic in Hamburg-Uhlenhorst is subject to a fee and billed according to the GOÄ. During this consultation, our doctors take the time to understand your wishes, analyze your findings and give you an individual treatment recommendation. Only then will you receive a precise cost breakdown.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices mentioned include the statutory value-added tax. You will receive a transparent invoice that clearly lists all items.
When do I have to pay?
Payment is usually made directly after the treatment. We accept cash, EC and credit cards. If you decide to go for financing, we will discuss the details in advance with you so that everything runs smoothly.
Can I get reimbursement for my treatment from the health insurance company?
As a rule, aesthetic treatments are self-pay services that are not covered by statutory health insurance plans. Private health insurance plans sometimes partially cover the costs if there is a medical indication. We recommend that you clarify this with your insurance provider beforehand.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any questions or concerns after the treatment, we'll be happy to schedule a follow-up appointment with you.
