Swedish Lips for a gentle result
The Swedish-Lips technique comes from Scandinavia and stands for a particularly natural result: not a bulging volume, but a gently emphasized, harmonious shape. Instead of applying a large amount of material at once, our doctors inject the filler in fine microdroplets and usually through a blunt cannula with only one puncture point, which often results in less swelling and bruising. Unlike with the Russian-Lips Technique the lip remains balanced in profile and does not look tented. If you want a subtle, natural emphasis, this is the right choice; for more volume, the classic Lip injection is the alternative.
Four good reasons for NOE.

Why Swedish Lips?
Not everyone wants strikingly full lips; many want a beautiful, natural shape above all. That is exactly what the Swedish Lips technique aims to achieve: gentle emphasis rather than maximum volume, with fine distribution and a gentle cannula. The result appears restrained and remains balanced in profile. Because we stand for “Naturally Beautiful,” this method fits well with our philosophy. In the medical advice we’ll check whether Swedish Lips or a classic filler treatment better suits your wishes.

FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions
What are Swedish Lips?
A lip technique from Scandinavia for a particularly natural result. The filler is injected in fine microdroplets and usually through a blunt cannula, for gentle definition rather than bulging volume.
What is the difference to Russian Lips?
Swedish Lips aim for a natural, balanced profile and use the gentle cannula technique. Russian Lips place the filler vertically using a tenting technique, with a higher risk of migration; therefore, we do not offer the Russian Lips technique.
Does it hurt?
With the cannula having only one puncture point and, if desired, numbing cream, it is easy to tolerate. Often, less swelling and bruising occur.
How long does the result last?
On average, six to nine months, after which it can be refreshed.
How much do Swedish Lips cost in Hamburg?
The price depends on the lip treatment that suits you and is determined after the consultation.
Are Swedish Lips reversible?
Yes, as with any hyaluronic acid treatment, you can use Hylase to dissolve the result.
Who are Swedish Lips suitable for?
For those who want a subtle, natural accent. Those looking for more volume are better advised to opt for classic lip augmentation.
