Age spots and sun spots often appear earlier on the hands than on the face because the skin there is thin and exposed to a lot of sun. The décolletage, shoulders and arms are also often affected. In the initial consultation, we examine your spots closely: their type, depth, skin type and possible causes. With the laser, we break down the excess pigments that the body then eliminates, so that the skin looks more uniform. Because not every discoloration reacts the same way, we plan the treatment individually, often over several sessions. Those who want additional structure on their hands can combine the brightening with a Hand rejuvenation with Radiesse®. For spots on the face, there is Removing pigment spots on the face.

The laser precisely treats individual spots without affecting the surrounding area.
Suitable for many forms of hyperpigmentation.
The skin looks fresher and clearer after the treatment.
Usually just brief redness, and you are quickly back to your daily routine.
The skin's appearance becomes more even over several sessions.
Planned and treated by experienced practitioners.
Hands are constantly in use and exposed to the sun, which is why brown spots appear there early. Many people are more bothered by age spots on their hands than by fine lines because they make age visible. With the laser, the discoloration can be specifically lightened so that hands and body skin look more even. Depending on skin type, the result takes some patience, but it looks natural. Good sun protection is important so that new pigment spots are prevented as far as possible.

That depends on the type, depth, and number of spots. Some lighten after just one session, but several are often beneficial. We will discuss the plan after the analysis.
Usually, only slight redness remains. The treated spots may darken briefly and peel after a few days. Consistent sun protection is important.
The costs depend on the number and size of the spots. You can find the current price at the top of the page. We will give you the exact price after the personal consultation.
After healing, usually after four to six weeks, the lightening becomes visible. With further sessions, the skin's appearance becomes more even.
Treated dark spots usually remain lighter. However, new ones can develop without sun protection, which is why consistent UV protection is important.
Most of them are harmless. Noticeable or changing spots should be clarified by a dermatologist in advance. In a consultation, we will look together at what makes sense.
